Favourite webcomics, Day 4: Delilah Dirk

The only way I can describe Delilah Dirk is that it’s the best mash-up of Indiana Jones and Disney animated movies that I’ve seen (and I realize that Disney owns Indiana Jones now…). To be honest, Delilah Dirk is the comic that I wish I made. The mix of adventure with amazing art, history and lighthearted characters is what keeps me coming back.

So guess what? I’ve mentioned Delilah Dirk a couple of times in the past (see, I share! Here and here) but mostly because of the print editions of the comics that I’ve purchased. But the great thing is, Delilah Dirk started off as a webcomic and you can still read the first couple of chapters online. Plus, Tony is working on a Delilah Dirk 2: Delilah Dirk and the Blades of England which is very exciting.

Anyway, here are a couple of pages that really give you an idea of how good this is.
