First a quick note that I’ve got some other posts coming later this week, so be sure to check them out. You may have noticed last week that I posted a couple of #makecomics posts as I was busy working on some inking and I’ll wrap up the month with some thoughts about where everything is at.But I just wanted to quickly hijack the normal update that I post on Tuesdays to say that I’ve got a couple of announcements about ANDREW JACKSON IN SPACE to make.

  1. Brian has actually started sending out printed copies to all you Kickstarter backers and it’s awesome to hear (usually via Twitter) that you’ve finally received your copy and that most of you are loving it! So when you finally get your hands on a copy, please let me know and let me know what you think. It’s so much fun hearing what people have to say about it and I really do hope you like it as much as I do.
  2. The second thing to point out is that for anyone who hasn’t contributed to the Kickstarter, but still want a copy, you’ll be able to purchase one when ANDREW JACKSON IN SPACE #1 goes on sale on Comixology tomorrow. Brian finally heard last week that it would be up for sale and I’ll be sure to post something here tomorrow just to remind you all.

Making comics is bit of a strange process because for the most part, it’s really just me staring at a piece of paper or the screen and working away. So when the final products are finally released out to the world, it’s both a little terrifying (because who knows what you guys will think) and extremely exciting (because I think the book is a great read and it has some pretty frickin’ nice art).Anyway, I need to get back to making OTV! These pages aren’t colouring themselves after all. Thanks for reading!
