On the Verge – The Arrow of Time – Page 255
Let’s jump right into today’s page!
So Hannah’s kind of leaping without too much thought here. We’ll see how this works out. I was pretty happy with how this page turned out because it has a lot going on. There’s some really nice character moments in there between Hannah and Jeremy, as well as Hannah and Lucas. Plus some more action thrown in for good measure and La Fleur’s reaction to everything at the bottom. Plus I really like the variety of shots that I selected because I think it adds to the overall way this page works.
I don’t really talk too much about the “rules” that I worked to in this story, but I really tried to not break any panel borders and not bleed images on “standard” pages. That worked for most of the pages but when things started to get interesting (like this page, for example), it did make drawing the page a little bit harder.

In case you missed last week’s update post, I’d really encourage you to go back and read through it because there’s a lot of information in it. The major note that I’ll share here is that I’ve completed the interior artwork for THE ARROW OF TIME. That’s a big deal because it basically means that the story is done and from here on out, there will be no delays (not that I’ve had any delays in the story) and everything connects through to the end. So if you’re reading along, don’t worry, everything is good to go.
The next big thing to really figure out is what to do with this story now that I’ve finished it. So while I work on that, I’m busy drawing some covers for each of the chapters and I’m really excited with how they’re coming along. I haven’t shared anything here because I’ve just been too busy (totally unfortunate!), but I’ll be sure to post stuff in the next day or two.
And that’s it for this week! Things really are heating up in the story and we’ve got lots of BIG things coming your way in the next couple of weeks. Be sure to check back and see what’s next!
